Psychotherapy is a process of discovery or learning. It’s a process to remove obstacles that keep you in emotional debt. You will discover how you can settle life’s conflicts as they occur rather than avoiding or displacing them. In it you will discover your basic personality type and traits. You will get a chance to see how unexpressed emotional obligations to past events demand expression in the present and often inappropriately. You will get a chance to discover and develop your gifts. To see that it is not what names others call you that matters, but what name you respond to and why? You will get a chance to see that life is more than the meaning you give it.

In it we work together to find your strengths, acquiring new, effective and helpful ways to understand the events, the way you process your experience and respond to the outside world. In this process you will find that your actions can become less automatic and more fully based on understanding and choice.
