Forensic Psychology


Forensic psychology is the interface of psychology and the law. All psychological services provided for the legal community are forensic psychological services. When the expert is asked to provide a report for the court, regarding the extent of the trauma, and to assess psychological damage incurred, then the expert is providing forensic services.

Family court

Child Custody Evaluations, Visitation/ Contact Safety and Risk Assessments, Parental Conflict regarding the minor children, Child Abuse Evaluation and Treatment, Termination of Parental Rights, parental communication and parenting skills training.

Civil Court

Personal Injury Evaluation and Diagnosis. Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, Worker’s Compensation, Sexual and Physical Assault, Psychological factors in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Phobias related to Traumatic events, Psychological factors related to Chronic Pain, Anger Management and Adjustment Disorders related to a Traumatic event, situation or stimuli.

Criminal Court

Psychotherapy and counseling to individuals involved in crimes, awaiting trial, Anger Management skills training, Domestic Violence counseling to the Victims and Offenders, Psychotherapy to Sex Abuse Victims and Sex Offenders.
